In the Electrolab cell culture bioreactors of 2, 5 and 10 litre
working volume, currently we have grown E.coli, murine hybridomas
and Vero cells (in microcarrier cultures) for various purposes.
The E.coli have been grown and induced to produce antigens.
The hybridomas have been grown in extended fed-batch cultures
and the Vero cells are grown and infected with various viruses
according to the process under development. In the near future
they will be used to develop CHO culture systems for recombinant
protein production.
Up to the present time all of our units have proven to be extremely
reliable and continue to perform to our highest expectations.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy multi-disciplinary,
easy to operate and reliable reactors
